Founded in 2005 by Bill and Mary Jo Cubley, Cub’s Crawfish has become a beloved Pensacola restaurant. This roadside restaurant is famous for its mouth-watering boiled shrimp, flavorful gumbo and a delectable array of Cajun dishes, all served in a charming and quaint décor that adds experience. In 2018, a new chapter opened in the Cubley family’s culinary journey. Bill and Mary Jo decided to retire from the business they had lovingly nurtured. Bill and Mary Jo Cubley son, Clay, assumed leadership, steadfastly building on the family’s dedication to serving fine cuisine and providing guests with warm, friendly service.

Everything about this place is great. The service came with a smile 😁. The food was lipsmacking delicious. I would drive three hours to come here again.... Try the crawfish boil, it was phenomenal. Additionally the royal red shrimp. Bigger in size and smoother in taste from the regular 🦐 shrimp.

I've had a hankerin for crawfish for a hot minute and this was deeply satisfying. It was perfectly seasoned but not burn your mouth hot just for the sake of being spicy. The servers were very sweet and attentive. Overall I highly recommend.

My favorite time when Crawfish come into season is this time of year!!!! Cubs has it going on! Food is excellent, staff is extremely nice and has a very Comfortable atmosphere!!! I highly recommend stopping in and trying g them out for Crawfish, shrimp, Gumbo and other authentic Cajun cuisine!!!!
